There is a small man that looks like he is hanging from a rope in front of a girls face. I think it is an artistic image and this image does look photoshopped. I know that it is photoshopped, because of the scale difference between the man and girls face. It looks like the little man in the picture is rock climbing the face as if its a mountain and he is observing the girls face from close up. I think that this picture is trying to show us important it is to not judge someone until you've looked at them closely, until you know their background. By making the man tiny compared to the girl, it shows us how closely you have to actually look before you judge someone.
