What is the general premise of the video?
That everyone is so focused on whats happening on their phones , nobodies watching whats happening in the real world and that if we don't get off our phones we're going to end up dead.

Is the video effective in conveying its intended message?
Yes it is effective, they makes the planet look very dirty and sad , by doing this they make us think about what our worlds going to look like if we don't get off our phones.

Do you feel that this is more of a cautionary story or more of an examination of our current social situation?
I think it is more of waring as to what's going to happen to us if we keep doing what we're doing , because our planet doesn't look like that.
